How do I get the best burn from my candle?
For the perfect ritual, trim your wick to ¼ inch before every burn. Let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first light — that’s how you get that perfect even pool (no tunneling over here).
What wax do you use?
All of our candles are hand-poured using a premium proprietary coconut and apricot wax blend. Our wax is vegan, cruelty-free, pthalate-free and paraben free. Only the best for your relaxing rituals, babe!
What kind of fragrance oils do you use?
When it comes to setting the mood, we only want the best ingredients indulging our senses. Our scents use a combination of clean phthalate-free fragrance oils and pure essential oils to give you pleasurable aromatic experiences. Our fragrance oils are also vegan, cruelty-free, carcinogen-free, and mutagen-free.
Orders & Shipping
I just placed my order. When will it arrive?
All orders are handmade to order and ship within 5-7 business days of the order being placed (sometimes sooner if the timing is divine). You will get your tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we're keeping it domestic (U.S. only) while we grow our goddess empire. We look forward to expanding our customer base as we grow, stay tuned!
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We care that you are 100% happy with your purchase, after all, your self-care rituals should make you feel good! If you do not like the scent of your unused candle, you may return your unused candle within 14 days of receiving your order. While we try to be as accommodating as possible, we are still a small business. Therefore, any shipping fees associated with returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for understanding!
I received a damaged candle. What do I do?
Oh no! We do our best to package your rituals with care but accidents can happen when the stars aren't aligned. If you received a damaged candle, contact us within 7 days of receiving your candle for further assistance. Be sure to include images of the damaged goods. Thank you!
